3. Confirm Your Appointment

Ensure you receive a confirmation email for your appointment. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder. It's important to whitelist our email address, radiantskinoasis@outlook.com, to receive all future communications from us.

4. Follow These Important Guidelines

• Stop the Use of Active Ingredients: Discontinue the use of products containing active ingredients 5-7 days prior to your appointment to avoid irritation. Common active ingredients include:

  • Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs): Glycolic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, mandelic acid, and malic acid.

  • Beta Hydroxy Acids (BHAs): Salicylic acid.

  • Retinoids: Retinol, retinoic acid, adapalene, and tretinoin.

• Do Not Wax: Avoid waxing your face 3-5 days before your appointment to prevent sensitivity or adverse reactions.

• Remove All Jewelry: Please remove all jewelry before your appointment to ensure a smooth and effective treatment.
